The umbrella body coordinating IEEE Sections across India within IEEE Region 10.
The IEEE India Council brings together all IEEE Sections in India — including IEEE Madras Section — to coordinate national-level technical activities, humanitarian initiatives, and policy advocacy on behalf of Indian IEEE members.
As one of the founding and most active Sections under the India Council, IEEE Madras Section regularly participates in Council-level events, contributes to national committees, and channels local achievements into the broader Region 10 (Asia Pacific) narrative.
Members of IEEE Madras Section are automatically part of the IEEE India Council community and can participate in Council-wide programs, competitions, and recognitions.
